FORD FOCUS MK2 DIY 搖臂蓋墊片更換(Valve cover gasket replacement due to leak)

13mm socket, 8mm socket

一個個拆.....
Mark nuts position....

繼續拆.... 

Remove oil vapor recycle tube, exhaust recycle solenoid and fixtures

裡面很乾淨....
Inspect inside condition

清潔表面....
Clean contact surface with wipe. 

舊膠痕跡....
Existing glue has to be removed

舊墊片移除....
Take out old gaskets

清潔後,新墊片裝上....
Install new gaskets after cleaning

原廠手冊墊片膠塗布處及鎖固扭力

Look up torque specification and glue point in the manual.

照圖施工,下方要塗....
Put glue on specified spots (lower part).

照圖施工,上方要塗....
Put glue on specified spots (upper part).

建議5分鐘內蓋上....

Put cover back to the position within 5mins.

10Nm扭力....
Tighten with 8mm socket by 10Nm.

可看到下方有墊片膠溢出
New glue is visible.

可看到上方有墊片膠溢出

New glue is visible.

建議機油一併更換,收工

Changing oil right after it is suggested.
